Before Your Service

• Please inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service.
• During your service, feel free to provide feedback so we can meet your expectations immediately.
• Notify the salon manager immediately if you have concerns regarding our salon, staff, or services.
• Inform us immediately if you experience any infection or unusual reaction concerning your nails.

Service Guarantee

Please remember that nails are jewels, not tools. Treat them with care and they will stay beautiful longer.

• Gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 days.
• Dipping powder and enhancement services are guaranteed for 7 days.
• Please contact us immediately if you notice chipping or lifting during the guarantee period.
• Repairs must be scheduled within the guarantee period.
• Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for infected nails. All tools and equipment are professionally disinfected.

Refund Policy

• No cash refunds will be issued after services are completed.
• Leaving the salon indicates your acceptance of the completed service.
• If you are unhappy, please let us know before payment so we can make adjustments.
• We will gladly redo the service at no charge if notified immediately after completion.
• Refunds are not available because of a change of mind.
• Refund requests after corrective work must follow our Customer Complaint Procedure with supporting photos.

Appointment Policy

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened services while full charges still apply.
• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations.
• Please mention additional services when booking so adequate time can be reserved.
• A deposit may be required for couple massages, eyelash extensions, salon packages, or groups of more than three guests.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Pricing & Payment

• Service prices are displayed in our price list. Please confirm pricing before your service begins.
• We accept cash payments.
• Tips cannot be added to cards or checks.
• Gratuities are greatly appreciated.

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
• Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed.

Safety & Security

• Our premises are monitored by digital video surveillance.
• Children must remain supervised by an adult at all times.
• Parents are responsible for any damage caused by their children.
• Please help maintain a relaxing environment by keeping children from running, yelling, or crying.

For Your Protection

• Please keep your personal belongings with you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• If a regular polish bottle is accidentally broken, a $10 replacement fee will apply.
